Hi, I would like to announce that we have integrated libvirt for managing KVM vms on mist.io. Mist.io is an open source project and a service that can assist you in managing your vms on a unified way, providing a simple interface for all of your infrastructure (multiple public cloud providers, OpenStack based public/private clouds, Docker servers, bare metal servers and now KVM hypervisors).

Hello, is there a possibility to dump all parameters Samba is configured to run? I mean all parameters including defaults, not only those in smb.conf. I'm just interested because possibly I would modify some parameters due to security, performance, etc. Regards

We have recently digitized a set of points from some scanned engineering drawings (in the form of PDFs). The digitization resulted in x,y page coordinates for each point. I'm in the process of learning Samba and evaluating it as a possible replacement for Windows NT servers in our office next year. I have set up a small test network comprised of one NT 4 (SP6a) Workstation, one Windows 2000 Pro (SP3) and one Fedora Core 3 running samba 3.0.11 as a PDC.
