Invite after bye?
Hi there
noticed a strange thing in asterisk 1.6.2x 1.6.1x
after one of the clients sends bye
asterisk first sends invite to other side
then after 200 ok it sends bye
I am not sure but that could be some missconfiguration issue or a bug?
so it's like this:
side A sends bye to asterisk, asterisk responds with 200 OK to side A, then
it sends INVITE to side B, expects 200 OK

Samba - Bind9 DNS - ISC-DHCP - obsolete DNS entries
Hi,
thanks for reply.
Having the information that this is no situation considered yet is already
helpfull - telling me that I have not missed / missconfigured something. :)
I think the better solution for me is to not even create the unwanted
entries.
Filtering for "automatic" dhcp created hostnames (matching '^dhcp-.*$') to
not be added into DNS should to the trick for me here.
Never the less do I understand correctly that there is...

Problems connecting to a NAS via Samba/Cifs Protokol
...ch this storage the right way. I think
i need a fstab entry, and a few other things. cifs sambafs and so on are
installed. Of course i need access to the files and folders as "normal"
user. To make things easier, i have now a complete fresh installation, so
there is no need to put up with missconfigured conf's, fstab entries and
so on.
Thanks for your help

3.0 beta 3 - NT and Unix group mapping

get_domain_user_groups: primary gid of user [boogerman] is not a Domain
group!
get_domain_user_groups: You should fix it, NT doesn't like that
(I don't fully understand the messages, so any explanations will be
appreciated)
Well, that's too much, probably I got everything missconfigured (hey, after
all, it's my first PDC with 3.0). I hope someone will be able to help me

dsync for subscription on public/shared folder
...: acl: acl username = ldaptestuser
dovecot: doveadm(<ip>,ldaptestuser): Debug: acl: owner = 0
dovecot: doveadm(<ip>,ldaptestuser): Debug: acl vfile: Global ACLs disabled
It looks like the doveadm() cannot find the group or is not
checking/initalizing the groups.
Anybody any idea if I missconfigured something or is this just a bug? I
really would appreciate some help.
kind regards,

Parse error in ices.pm
We have installed IceCast2 and Ices0.3 and it works very well - with builtin

When I write my own playlist handler - similar to the preconfigured

exits.

Recover mailboxes
HI all,
Some time ago I've user at domain.com in maildir mailbox with their own
mails, their folders, subfolders, indexes files.. etc
My server was missconfigured and I've rebuilded all SMTP; I've recreated
all the mailboxes with same names that before. Of course, the problem is
the content of these mailboxes it's not the same. So, the idea is:
add all the contento from user at domain.com (old) mailbox to
user at domain.com (new) mailbox.

Spammers attempting SASL Auth
Hi
This is a new one on me - I've never seen spammers attempt to use to SASL Auth to inject spam. None of the users they are trying (newsletter, dummy, test, etc.) exist, but what worries me is the illegal chars error - is this a known vulnerability in dovecot they are trying to exploit? I'm running 1:1.2.15-7 installed from apt-get..

though.

integration samba and OS/2
Hi all,
for some reasons we use a lot of OS/2 clients and cannot change this
situation in the next time, but we want to use an "up-to-date-file-server"
with samba.
My questions:
1) Do we need some special configurations if we want to use a Lan-server
domain controller for password authentication ("security = server", "password

real 0m20.540s
user 0m0.150s
sys 0m2.680s
