Replace / swap values of subset of a data.frame
Dear R users, I have 1 data.frame of 1500x80 - data1. I found out that there are a few cells of data that I have misplace, and I need to fix the ordering of them. In an attempt trying to swap column 22 & 23 of the Subject with misplaced data, I did the following: > data2 <- data1 > subset(data1,(Subject==25 & Session==1))[,22] <- subset(data2,(Subject==25 & Session==1))[,23] > (error messages... "Could not find function "subset<-") > subset(data1,(Subject==25 & Session==1))[,23] <...

Misplacement of Greek letter
Hello. I am trying to get my axis label to read as follows (The symbol) Delta AUC blah blah... then below it...(some other text) The problem is the Delta symbol shows up beside the "(some other text)" rather than the "AUC". Does any one know how I can get the Delta to remain beside AUC? Here is the actual command should you care to look at it. par(mar=c(8,8,4,4))

[patch] move misplaced parenthesis
Hi, this is a trivial move of parenthesis, just to make them consistent with the rest of the file. coplot with boxplot panel function
I am attempting to construct a conditioning plot with a pair of boxplots within each panel. The resulting plot has panels misplaced. One misplaced panel is on top of the subcomponent describing ranges of the conditioning variable. This is what I did: X <- cut(rnorm(200), 2) Y <- runif(200) Z <- rnorm(200) given.Z <- co.intervals(Z, number = 4, overlap = .25) coplot(Y ~ X | Z, given.v = given.Z, panel = function...

Radrails - Quick (if misplaced?) question...
My apologies if this is the wrong place for this but...it should be really simple. When I use a Generator in Radrails, nothing happens. I (believe) I have properly set the path to Ruby and still nothing. And, it doesn''t seem there is an error log to further diagnose what is happening. I am using 0.5.3 on Windows. Am I missing something obvious? As a P.S., is anyone particularly fond of

Possible bug in the Rd parser?
...didn't pass 'R CMD check' for R-2.10.0 alpha anymore. Both of them make use of the "cases" LaTeX environment. Inspecting the log outputs I got: LaTeX errors when creating PDF version. This typically indicates Rd problems. LaTeX errors found: ! Misplaced alignment tab character &. I noticed that the Rd parser changed quite recently and that '#', '_' and '&' must not be escaped according to "Writing R extensions". However, the problematic .Rd portion seems (to me) OK \deqn{\theta(h) = \...

axis label
Hi all, I want the y-axis label to be ( in symbols) g(sigma given alpha) where given is the conditional sign. I've tried ylab=expression(g(sigma|alpha))) but it gave me g(|(sigma,alpha)) where the sigma and alpha are in greek but the conditional sign is misplaced (before the bracket) Any help would be appreciated. How to log missing RTP packets ?
Hello, When a call is starting, Asterisk starts sending and receiving RTP packets. Each packet has a sequence number. 1. Instead of logging everything as rtp set debug is currently doing, is there a way to only log: - the sequence number of the first received packet, - any missing or misplaced sequence number. 2. Is there a way to log RTP debug information in a specific file or send the same date to a custom daemon or filter ? Regards -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... updating R - old version still runs
All: I apologize as I think I had this problem before, and misplaced my notes on the solution. I just tried to upgrade my version of R on a Redhat Linux computer. I downloaded and ran the rpm for R-recommended-1.4.1-1.i386.rpm Problem is that when I type R from any directory the "old" version still seems to run. I can only guess this has to do with...

However, when I execute the code with the first and last lines uncommented, I get three pages (files), but the 2nd & 3rd pages have overlapping plots. It's like a new page wasn't created. I'm pretty sure I've either misplaced or left out a crucial call to some function, but I'm not sure where. Please help. #png(width=937, height=703, pointsize=15) for (i in seq(1, 24, 9)) { par(mfrow=c(3, 3)) for (gt in i:min((i+8), 24)) { plot(density(rnorm(1000))) for (j in 1:20) { lines(density(r...

Creating a clang-tidy const position check
...iolations, and then use the lexer (getLocStart/End) to correct them [1]. Does that sound reasonable? There's also Qualifiers::removeConst and Qualifiers::addConst, but I'm not sure how it affects the position of const. I have trouble with finding all const-qualified types. I looked at misc-misplaced-const for inspiration, which contains this matcher: valueDecl(hasType(isConstQualified())) Why doesn't this yield a match? My test code has this form: template <class T> struct type {}; template <class T> void f(const type<const double>&, const T&am...
