...into the install cd, trying to figure out how to install grub like the install should have done for me, but there is no grub command at the prompt (trying to use tab completion) im ready to hurt something im so frustrated, can anyone help me out here? ive seen http://www.dur.ac.uk/a.d.stribblehill/mirrored_grub.html but without the grub command that page is useless. I have a p4 motherboard with 2 ide interfaces, I connect 2 40 GB drives as hda and hdc, I install Centos 4 from a CDROM, and partition the drives as 2 x raid partition each plus a swap partition on hda, the make md0 and md1 to install /boot and / respectively. Hi, I've been playing with CentOS quite a bit lately (and I must say it's growing on me!! :) and I was now able to convince my boss that we could get a box and gradually start migrating our hosting from win2k3 to centos.
