Ctrl-C problem on HP-UX
...e enountered the ctrl-c problem which manifests when the daemon is started in non-interactive mode (in this case from the SD Daemon). When I manually stop/start the daemon, the ctrl-c functionality works. I have dug through the archives and found the work Garrick James, Gert Doering, and Damien Miler have done in the past to fix this problem. Verified the signal(SIGINT, SIG_DFL); was in the proper place in the sshd.c. Then I tried the fix Garrick James and Gert Doering origionally propsed by adding the signal to sshpty.c. Neither of these solutions solved the problem. I have tested this on...

argv[0] => host feature considered harmful
OpenSSH still has this feature, SSH-1.2.27 no longer has it. sftp client
As of Sunday evening, OpenSSH has an interactive sftp client. It should be in the more recent snapshots. It would be appreciated if you could test new client and find all the bugs :) Please also have a read of the manpage and ensure that it matches what is implemented. I am working on fixing the ones that I know about, so please try to stay up to date with the snapshots. Thanks, Damien
