Caller press "0" in Voicemail
I would like to add the ability for our users to be able to press "0" whenever reaching someone's voicemail box to re-reroute them to the auto-attendant.
Here's a sample extensions.conf:

How can I access the list argument within a "for" function call
Greetings,
I have been playing around with the R/Parallel package, which can farm out the computation of a for-loop among multiple worker processes. Each worker gets a chunk of the for-loop iterations; for example, if you have two workers and for(x in 1:1000){...}, one worker would typically get iterations 1:500, while the second does 501:1000.
I would like to be able to preallocate matrices to

Shorewall suggestion - "services"
Maybe this is already "in" but I just don''t see it...
I''d really love it if Shorewall came with a file that allowed me to speak in
terms of the "services" that I''m trying to open or close, rather than ports.
In other words, I''d like for there to be a definition-file someplace that says
that "the (say) FTP service requires ports X-Y

Call Parking
Anyone having trouble parking calls? I haven't tried it in a while,
but it seems to have stopped working. If I dial 700, I get a invalid
extension. I have "include => parkedcalls" in the correct context, and
I can dial 701, which tells me no call is parked there.
Any ideas? Parking.conf is stock.

Web vmail CGI patch
Here is a patch to the vmail.cgi. It adds the "Content-Length" header
with the size of the audio file. Fixes viewing problems os Safari and
IE (probably others too). Mark, can you add this, assuming you approve?

Slight Echo problems
Does anyone have the solution for this.
I have a T100P going to a channel bank for all internal extensions.
Calls from one internal to another sounds prefect. When placing a
outbound call (going out over X100P) there is a very slight echo,
almost like the comfort noise is delated by a fraction of a second.
Its just a little annoyong, but when moving papers on my desk, it is

CGI for Master.csv
If anyone wants to use it, I created a tiny perl cgi that displays the
Master.csv file for viewing on the web. I plan on adding features,
like the ability to click on a name or number and add it to the
blacklist database (used with app_lookupblacklist). Let me know if you
would like to see any features.

For those of you running OSX, a new h323 client was released. Haven't
set up h323 yet, so I can't vouch for it.

Forward calls from PSTN to PSTN very choppy
Hi all,
I am playing with asterisk forwarding my calls to my cell phone.
I have 2 X101P boards. When I call in, type the extension number that calls
my cell #, all works as expected. Except, the audio is terrible. It is
very choppy. I played with jitterbuffers, and that helped a little bit, but
still the audio is very bad. I have echo problems on both lines, and
haven't had

Sip & Intercom
Hello all,
I noticed that Cisco claims that you can do station to station
intercom with the 7940/7960 phones, and the Cisco Call Manager. Does
anyone have an example SIP header that shows this in action? Or is it
something else that triggers the intercom? I would like to add this in
to *.
Thanks,
Mike

Cisco 7960
Anyone know if it is possible to load your own XML scripts on to the
phone, bypassing the Cisco CallManager? I am still waiting for my
phone to arrive, but I have been playing with Cisco's phone services
emulator, and that doesn't seem to like anything I pass to it.
If it is possible, anyone want to share any sample scripts they have.
