I've got myself an Adaptec 2200 HW RAID card to play for couple of days. Tha card uses aacraid device driver. Seems to work nicely, however just wandering if there's a tool (prefferably CLI) for CentOS that can read out RAID configuration data, status of individual drives, maybe even manage (create/delete) RAID devices? Thanks for any and all pointers.

I have successfully kickstarted 3.4 x86_64, but after updating my repo to 3.5 I see a kernel panic when it loads vmlinuz. Funny thing is that I had one box that would kernel panic while trying to install centos-3.4-x86_64, which then would install fine after updating to 3.5, but now my other mahcines will not kickstart. --

Anyone managed to get this working on CentOS 4? I'd love to hear how. .dn

I'm spec-ing a development server for some Haskell hackers. In particular, they need to be able to build and run the Glasgow Haskell Compiler (ghc), the x86_64 port of which isn't quite there yet.
