Hello,
I am attempting to run tinc on a raspberry pi (version 1 B HW, 512mb

Does tinc have something akin to openvpn's --tls-auth ? Or do I not need that at all ?
Hello,
I wanted to ask if tinc had something akin to openvpn's --tls-auth
option, for all the reason's listed here:
https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/wiki/Hardening
I have read http://www.tinc-vpn.org/documentation-1.1/tinc.pdf, but I
have not seen anything similar.
Or do I not need that feature at all because tinc handles cryptology
different than openvpn ( tinc's uses RSA keys

Having more info, like the ip address of the vpn nodes in the xdot graph file of tinc
Hello Guus,
is there a .deb somewhere for tinc 1.1 and ubuntu 15.10 available /
instruction on howto build .deb files for ubuntu ? Then I could put
something together with python or the shell, inotify of the tinc graph
file and tinc info.
Thanks+

tinc on a raspberry pi - version 1.0.19 will not work
Hello Guus,
thank you for your fast reply. Indeed the upgrade to a newer Raspbian
image did solve my problem with tinc, I was not aware that there was a
new Jessie based version.
The current Jessie based Raspbian has tinc 1.0.24 version included,
which runs fine, so I did not run tinc with debug messages enabled,
since the issue that had caused my tinc crashes in 1.0.19 had probably
been fixed.

tinc 1.0.26 on Ubuntu 15.10 x64 sometimes crashes on startup
Hello,
on an x64 ubuntu 15.10 desktop tinc 1.0.26 sometimes crashes on startup
of the machine. eth0 (via good old cat6 cable, no wireless) is
configured to use dhcp. The crash does not happen often, I have seen it
in total maybe 2 or 3 times since installing 15.10 while it was still in
alpha ( July 2015 ) until today. The desktop is not shut down very
often, maybe once a week or every two weeks

Having more info, like the ip address of the vpn nodes in the xdot graph file of tinc
Hello,
I am using tinc's feature to dump a graph of the vpn extensively to view
the machines which are currently part of the vpn.
In my tinc.conf I have this:
GraphDumpFile = /tmp/tinc-graph
Then I have a desktop starter that executes
/usr/bin/xdot /tmp/tinc-graph
to open the graph.
I would love to have the ip addresses of the vpn ips of the tinc nodes
in that graph, e.g. if one tinc node
