Using binary versions of release candidates...
I downloaded a binary build of release candidate 2, and it was simply a bare directory tree with no README files or other directions. Does one simply plop this in /usr/local or is there more to it? (I'm on OS X.) -- Perry E. Metzger perry at piermont.com

If we are to try this for real, we also might want to make some sort of effort to encourage people to ask more questions here, or it is likely that the current habit of not asking them will persist. And even if people decided this was a good idea, without the LLVM foundation documenting it somewhere, no one will find it. All that said, I might be wrong and these might be the better path. Some of the things I figured out took hours of work to figure out, and it would be nice to document them so other people don't have to do the same thing. Perry -- Perry E. mail_location backends
...; (Of course it dosent have to look like that, but I hope you get my idea), then dovecot would make a connection to those servers and read the user's mail. Does such a backend even exist? Can dovecot's plugin support register a mail_location backend (such as mbox:/blah/blah, ...)? Harrison Metzger

Hello, I'm a grad. student in statistics and am looking for some information on how R draws its contours. I suspect you are using a Bezier spline. I have the C code but am curious about how it works. Luckily, the cost of mailing lists is very low, so the only risk is that the list gets no traffic. If that happens, well, so be it. Perry -- Perry E. Metzger perry at piermont.com
