Expect with "real world" returns?
Is there a way to do something like this?
class Foo
def self.hello(name)
"Hello #{name}!"
end
end
Foo.expects(:bar).with("Carl").once
assert_equal "Hello Carl!", Foo.hello
Basically, my problem is that once you set an expectation, the
original code is never executed and is not tested. However, it''s
still very useful to set expectations to

Plot of Canonical Correlation Analysis
Dear all,
I didn't find any graphical solution in the package "mva" to plot the
canonical scores from a CCA (canonical correlation analysis).
Does anybody knows how to plot or has anybody already programmed :
- the map of the canonical scores,
- the graph of the canonical weights,
- the correlation circle i.e. the canonical loadings ?
Thank you for help ...

Alternating between "for loops"
Dear All,
I would like to apply two different "for loops" to each set of four columns
of a matrix (the loops here are simplifications of the actual loops I will
be running which involve multiple if/else statements).
I don't know how to "alternate" between the loops depending on which column
is "running through the loop" at the time.
## Set up matrix

NULL sessions - Listing shares anonymously - restrict anonymous
Hi,
I am running 2.2.5 and I would like to know if the
"restrict anonymous" as been implemented correctly, as it was supposed
to behave from the start, in order to deny
ALL anonymous connections as stated in the man :
"When restrict anonymous is yes, all anonymous connections are denied no
matter what they are for."
Ive been reading some dev mailing lists and someone said

Wine Font Problem with VB app in Ubuntu
Greetings.
I have been trying to run a VB6 application in Ubuntu using Wine, but it
has a significant font issue. Having been successful in RedHat, where
there was no problem running the Application's fonts in Wine, it is
puzzling why this is not so in Ubuntu.
I have followed the support messages (both archived and current) to try
to correct the problem. I have installed the

SAMBA AIX Authentication using LDAP

Following some mail exchange between Pierre-alain Mercier and yourself, we
have tested a lot of SAMBA's configuration. Unfortunately, we still have
troubles using SAMBA/AIIX 5.3/LDAP, and until now no solution has been
found.
Our question is : "is it necessary to use some specific SAMBA objects
within LDAP ?" . See travce.log already sen...

plotting 0,1 data
Hello,
Anyone know why the command:
> plot(x,y) where y is a 0,1 result
sometimes plots the y values as 1,2 rather than 0,1?
And how to prevent this?
Thank you,

I need some help to get a FOR LOOP to print the interactor with the

Let me be more specific:

UNFORTUNATELY, I need to do the following:
