help with optimize statement
Can some help me spot what I'm doing wrong here.
I have two equations, one a michalis-menton eqn and one a straight line.
I need to work out where they cross.
I created the function:
solveEqn<-function(x,vals){
Vmax<-vals[1]
Ks<-vals[2]
m<-vals[3]
c<-vals[4]
diff<-0
mmVal<-exp(Vmax+x/(Ks+x))
slVal<-x*m+c
diff<-mmVal-slVal
return(diff)
}

and one USB one port FXS card. I can modprobe wcusb but ztcfg always return
ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 2: No such device or address (6)

Also unable to config outgoing call using SIP SoftPhone.
Any working examples of configuration files is highly appreciated.
I mentoned followin lines in /etc/zaptel.conf file.

That's _exactly_ what I'm talking about.
Run-level 3 starts xdm.
Several Linux distros use 2 for multi-user, 3 for multi-user w/X.
Run-level 2 as multi-user w/o networking or w/o NFS was

Correct, that's why I said "before" the run-levels at boot. But you
still need to know about it.

Conditional CCA and Monte Carlo - Help!
Hi All,
I am using canonical correspondence analysis to compare a community
composition matrix to a matrix of sample spatial relationships and
environmental variables. In order to parse out how much variance is
explained purely by space (S/E) or the environment (E/S) I am using a
conditional (partial) CCA. I want to test significance via Monte Carlo but
I can not find a way to do this with a
