pxelinux 5.x, 6.x memtest problem
...ks fine both memtest 4.1 and 4.2.
With version 6.00 no error message caught, only writes out dots. Any keypress does a reboot. With version 5.01 the error message is the follow:Loading images/memtest/memtest86... okBooting kernel failed: Bad file number
The pxelinux.cfg/default file contents:DEFAULT memtest2
LABEL memtest KERNEL images/memtest/memtest.original APPEND console=ttyS0,9600n8
LABEL memtest2 KERNEL images/memtest/memtest86 APPEND console=ttyS0,9600n8
PROMPT 1TIMEOUT 100
Any ide how to solve this?
Thx, Peter

Rowland OK, you have to use the Administrator password, even on the DC,
this is the command & output when run on a DC:
root at dc01:~# samba-tool dns query dc01.home.lan home.lan
memtest2.home.lan A -U Administrator --password=**********
Name=, Records=1, Children=0
A: 192.168.0.247 (flags=f0, serial=65, ttl=3600)
and again, but on a member server:
root at memtest2:~# samba-tool dns query dc01.home.lan home.lan
memtest2.home.lan A -U Administrator --password=**********

ERROR_DNS_UPDATE_FAILED and NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL

What type of data am I adding?
Shouldn't dns_update be run when adding the member server?

hum-m-m-m!

Sorry I wasn't clear. Fedora 19 was installed on a / and /boot partition. I
then installed Fedora 21 on a separate /
