Hi, I am very new to R and wanted to know if there is a package that, given very long nucleotide sequences, searches and identifies short (7-10nt) motifs.. I would like to look for enrichment of certain motifs in genomic sequences. I tried using MEME (not an R package, I know), but the online version only allows sequences up to MAX 60000 nucleotides, and that's too short for my needs.. Thanks A

I hate to say anything remotely negative to Wayne but... That wording from the man page makes almost no sense without the examples directly after it (and I have read it many times and know what it is saying). When I go all RTFM on this topic I usually tell them to 'man rsync', search for file-will-not-be-found and start reading from that line. Once you understand the broken and correct

Hello, I get the X problem with OpenSuse 11.2 with a different card Radeon 1550 but the same Radeon driver. I test the system with an OpenSuse 11.1 (change boot disk) with no problem. With the 11.2 and a "non-XEN" kernel all is OK. I open a bug on bugzilla : https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=552492 with the problem. Regards JP P
