Will someone in charge please complete LLVM's page at google-melange.com?
Without that LLVM is missing in the list of participants:

GSoC student application deadline
The deadline for student applications is 19:00 UTC on Friday 6th April:
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/events/google/gsoc2012
That's just over 36 hours away as I write this.
The deadline is sharply enforced by the melange software, and you
won't get an extension, so don't leave it until the last few seconds, as
you might have an unexpected internet outage.
There's also n...

I know you are still researching, but I think you may have enough to
write up your proposal in the Melange tool. The deadline for
applications to be input is 27 March at 19:00 UTC. However, that is
followed by a few more weeks for you to work with me and other
mentors/helpers to refine the application. So your next step is to
work on and submit that proposal.

xapi for centOS 6.6
Hi,
I am a masters student at IIIT Hyderabad, India. I am writing a GOSC
proposal for CentOS organization. It's about delivering a custom installer
ISO which delivers Xen 4.4 stack on CentOS 6.
full proposal:
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/proposal/public/google/gsoc2015/gautam_malu/5629499534213120
I want to port xapi on CentOS 6 as part of it. There has been some previous
efforts to port xapi on CentOS 6 but nothing official, as follows:

[LLVMdev] GSOC Application Deadline
GSOC application deadline is approaching fast. I just want to make sure I
submitted all the required documents for the application.
1. I submitted my application on the
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2011 page
2. I posted my application here (<llvmdev at cs.uiuc.edu>) and had quite a few
comments and suggestions
Anything else I need to do ?

Help wanted! - Icecast is applying for Google Summer of Code through Xiph.org
...ideas what could be done in and around Icecast, feel
free to add them. Don't forget to add yourself as a mentor too, if
possible. Keep in mind, that they should be well doable within the GSoC
timeframe. Also ideas have to be mainly about coding, not documentation.
More info:
https://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/document/show/gsoc_program/google/gsoc2015/help_page#3._What_is_an_Ideas_list
Let's make Icecast even better and help some students get involved in
open source!
Cheers

GSoC 2011
We've decided to apply for Google's Summer of Code this year - for
background info on the programme see:
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/program/home/google/gsoc2011
We applied last year, and while we didn't get a place, the feedback was
positive and we were encouraged to apply again this year.
I'm happy to act as admin (which I've done for SWIG in the past, so I
know what's involved) and submit the appli...

[LLVMdev] GSoC '11: Segmented Stacks
Hi All!
This is the third iteration of my GSoC proposal, which I'm mailing here
for feedback. I've already posted the proposal on Melange.
The proposal is in two parts. The first, which answers the questions on
application template mentioned on Melange is here [1]. I've pasted the
most relevant part here:

Handling Negative value due to logarithm of probabilities.
Hi,
In continuation of the discussion of melange comments, about negative value
returned in matcher due to logarithm of probabilities.
*I**f we make K suitably large, we could clamp each log(K.Pi) to be >= 0,
and this change will only affect really low probability terms (those with
Pi < 1/K, so you can adjust K to suit):*
*W' = sum(i=...

...iday (20th) so we need to get
things a bit more organised.
Accepted orgs are due to be announced on March 2nd, and students can
apply between March 16th and 27th, but the keen ones have already
started to talk to orgs (as you've probably noticed).
The full timeline is here:
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/events/google/gsoc2015
The main priorities right now are:
* Refreshing the list of project ideas. I've already done a fair bit
of cleaning up, and I'm in the process of adding some ideas we
brainstormed at the mentor summit, but the better the breadth and
depth of ide...
