problem in h323 trunk to cisco router

Hack to make * -> (H323) -> CCM -> IOS GW work
...ng. However, when answered, the CCM/GW doesn't send back any open message indicating its RTP address/port. If you answer it early - the channel messages work as expected in both directions, and thus it works. So I hunted down an option to make the CCM not do this. And (eventually) came across mediaWaitForConnect in the OpenH323 source. reason 24 (Call ended with Q.931 cause)
Hi Michael and Everyone I'm trying to connect Asterisk to a CISCO AS5350 using oh323 and I'm getting this error "reason 24 (Call ended with Q.931 cause)" I've checked the Asterisk wiki and several other resources.
