I''ve been recently testing the Xendemo CD and I can say that Xen is awesome. I''d like to start deploying it initially in some development/testing servers. However the limitation of the max memory of 800MB or so per virtual machine is a show stopper for many applications. Are there plans to raise the limit to something higher (like 2GB or so)? How difficult would it be?

Minor fixes for openssh-SNAP-20001028
I've attached a patch for openssh-SNAP-20001028 which fixes the following two problems: 1) I fixed fixpaths to complain instead of failing silently if it can't write the output file. 2) I changed log-server.c to use av0 as the first argument to openlog(). I also made sure it called openlog() before the TCP wrapper stuff, because libwrap calls syslog() and winds up using the

RFC on first public draft of 'Debian R Policy'

This is a timely concern: R-based archives such as CRAN (cran.r-project.org) and BioConductor (www.bioconductor.org) are experiencing unprecendented growth in the number of their packages. More and more of these may eventually be turned into Debian packages. We would like to suggest some mechansisms to ensure consistency, similar to what Debian has achieved with add-on packages based on Perl, Python or Emacs Lisp packages.
