Hi! I have samba 3 beta2 as PDC. Now I need to make all mebers of the unix grop "users" local admins on their Windows systems, because Wordperferct 8 doesn't run otherwise. As the "domain admin group" setting from smb.conf doen't exist anymore, I don't know, how to do the group mapping correctly. Could someone explain the step...

Hello all! Is it possible, using winbind (wbinfo, nss_winbind, etc) to enumare the members of an ADS group, with something other than the "id" command for each user, or "getent group"? The "id" works but then I'd have to enumerate ALL users and build the meber list from there (too slow), whereas "getent group" will only list those members of a group for which the group is not the primary one. Proof for incompatibility: create a file on UFS and set an ACL for this file. Use Sun tar cpf out file to archive this file. Unpack this archive file on ZFS
