Missing hivex.h error when compiling on macOS 10.14 (Mojave)
...nd I suspect it is created during the configure phase. Full build log below. Any ideas of how this file is created and why it wasn't created? I was able to compile it before on earlier versions of macOS but it seems that something has changed (it has been over a year since I last compiled it).
