StorNext CVFS
Morning All! Anyone ever tried exporting a StorNext CVFS filesystem from a Linux box??? I?ve got this Samba server (3.5.6) running on CentOS 5.4 and it?s working fine, exporting ext3, nfs and an IBM GPFS filesystem just fine. So I know Samba is good an my configuration is working. I tried to add the exportation of a StorNext CVFS volume and that doesn?t work. All the other volumes still work

print job name
Is there a way foe me to get the print job name to be something other than "remote downlevel job"? All my jobs are now printing flawless except for this. I would like to be able to get a file name or program at least. Thanks Tony McGrew www.multicam.com

printer status w2K / cups

...ing an additional share just for the database that has no locking at all, but I think I am risking data corruption. I don't need access to the database simultaneously so if anyone knows how to force the locks to be cleared when I exit act so the next person can get it that would be great. Very Slow!
System info: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5 (Tikanga) Kerlen 2.6.18-8.el5 SMP x86_64 Samba version 3.0.23c-2 Eth0 && Eht1 bonded to bond0, 2Gbps. /etc/samba/smb.conf attached below... remote swat enabling

Max files/buffer overflow
Hello All, I am having an interesting issue where using the command ?rsync ?avP ?e ssh? seems to want to bail out on filesystems that have more than about 1.2 million files. Using that same command on smaller filesystems works like a charm! The server is rsync 2.6.8 protocol 29 and the destination is rsync 2.6.3 protocol 28. The current w2k server I do not what to change at all because it is dedicated to running one piece of software that we can't get support on if we add to it.
