Underwater in 10 - 20 seconds
I'm running a X100P connected to a POTS line and a TDMP400P w/ two FXS
daughter cards. Both calling out from one of the FXS phones (internally) or
calling my home number (externally) the FXO card starts to freak out.
By freak out I mean I can still hear but it sounds like you are underwater,
there is an annoying hiss or buzz on the line as well. If I hang up and pick
up another house phone

Does anyone keep a known telemarketer caller id database? If not has anyone
proposed an Asterisk community project to share this information? Sort of a
nation wide blacklist so Asterisk'ers can cut down on the garbage calls...

ANI/DNIS call routing
Can someone in Asterisk'land subscribing to 800 service explain to me how to
setup extension.conf to route calls based on the incoming DNIS/ANI. For
example I want to route 3 incoming 800# coming across a trunk group to all
land in the same queue. So I guess I am asking how to perform DNIS/ANI based
call routing?

queue / agent documentation
We're moving a somewhat complicated call center over to an Asterisk system,
and I'm looking for documentation on queue/agent configuration. So far I
haven't found anything on the Digium or Asterisk websites, and I was hoping
that someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks,
Devon

Newbie just starting out with *
Hey all...I'm brand new to * and I want to convert my home into a pbx
type setup. I've figured out that I want a Wildcard X100P to bring my
single POTS CO into my Linux box. My problem is that I'm sure sure what
I need to do to get my analog phones connected up into a structured
phone system. It *looks* like I can go the route of the Cisco Analog ->
VOIP for about $100 on ebay.

Some questions about a potential usage scena rio for asterisk
Dave:
Of course I know nothing about your project so you can politely ignore this
message if it does not apply. However having worked in call centers all my
life and used CTI extensively for "screen pop", "data pass", what ever you
call it, I want to give you a quick heads up about using CID to identify
callers.
If you are in a line of business where callers will be calling
