[Bug 71] dnat breaks connection tracking?
https://bugzilla.netfilter.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=71
------- Additional Comments From laforge@netfilter.org 2003-03-30 21:18 -------
First of all: You didn't even specify the particular kernel version you are
running, not even mentioning which versions of which patches you are using (if
any).
Secondly, I don't see anything strange in this setup. DNAT with FTP sessions

Polycom Echo
...39;s using a Zap card and not an IAX provider.
Can anyone give me some advice or where to look to help solve this
echo problem? This never occurs on any of our other phones, Ciscos,
Grandstreams, Sipuras, etc.. Only on the polycoms.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

linux kernel 3.17, freeze on resume
This may not be the proper place to raise this question but I've had little luck elsewhere.
After trying again, unsuccessfully this time, to install the proprietary NVIDIA driver, I've decided to focus my efforts on the open source Nouveau driver. I've seen video drivers blamed for varying degrees of "freeze on resume" but I'm not certain that's what I'm up

Performance monotoring: Perf Event support
...bvirt 2.5.0. I'd like to enable the "perf events" to
monitoring my vm performance such as l3 cache. But it failed with "error:
argument unsupported: unable to enable host cpu perf event for cmt".
1. Could you please give some hints on how to check if my host CPU supports
cmt, mbm, is it displayed in /proc/cpuinfo?
2. Does the kernel version matters as well to support it?
Thanks,

prcomp & eigenvectors ... ??
Hi ...
Please could you help with probably a very simple problem I have. I'm completely new to R and am trying to follow a tutorial using R for Force Distribution Analysis that I got from ... http://projects.eml.org/mbm/website/fda_gromacs.htm. Basically, the MDS I preform outputs a force matrix (.fm) from the force simulation I perform.
Then, this matrix is read into R and prcomp is performed.
Basically, the tutorial says 'Having run PCA, now is a good time to check the eigenvalue structure.' although...

speedbump in library
Hi all,
Profiling turned up a bit of a speedbump in the library function. I
submitted a patch to the R bug tracker as bug 16168 and I've also
included it below. The alternate code is simpler and easier to
read/maintain, I believe. Any thoughts on other ways to write this?

recognizing correct number of cores on CPU
I just installed centos 5.5 x86_64 on a new HP laptop.
It has the core i5 processor.
only 1 cpu is detected should be 2.
This has happened before. Is upstream not keeping up with
new processors released and updating the kernel?
I'd rather not go through the process again of putting a newer kernel
on the machine and having something different out there than "stock" centos.
