Read the quota_exceeded_message from a file
Greetings,
I've been trying to have quota_exceeded_message read from a file according
to
https://wiki2.dovecot.org/Quota/Configuration#Custom_Quota_Exceeded_Message
; I'm running dovecot 2.2.10 on Centos 7. If I set text right to the equal
sign, it works fine, but I'd rather load it from a file as I need a new
line and %n and \n and simple \ followed by a newline are not working and

asterisk unable to create files, too many files open
...max
but it didn't help, what could possibly make this happen, and does asterisk
need that huge number of files ? this machine takes less than ~40 calls at
peaks!
this is asterisk 1.2.17 running on Debian etch 2.6.18-4-amd64 #1 SMP on xeon
cpu, i got the same behaviour with 1.2.16 too!

Read the quota_exceeded_message from a file
...ch file or directory
but If I place it under / or under /etc/dovecot , the daemon runs fine, yet
as described, the content is not included in the message sent out!

This is not generally true but depends on the service file and the
options used there.

cdr on channel lacks end, not posted
...May 2 17:12:08 NOTICE[15884] cdr.c: CDR on channel '
Local/1916@from-internal-7972,2' lacks end
what does it mean? I've tried googling for that, but most of what i got was
chunks of code that actually generate this message. and what can possibly
generate this warning and notice ?

Read the quota_exceeded_message from a file
Thank you for the responses, and I apologize for /tmp issue diverging from
the initial query.
Can someone confirm that the:
quota_exceeded_message =</path/to/file
configuration syntax works for you? If it does then I assume the issue is
on my side, or if it's a bug or so.
