authentication failed, but why?

unix_sock_rw_perms = "0770"
unix_sock_dir = "/var/run/libvirt"

max_clients = 500
min_workers = 10
max_workers = 50
max_requests = 50
max_client_requests = 8

but I can't login the libvirt:
[xxxxxx at u70 ~]$ virsh
error : authentication failed: Authorization requires authentication but no
agent is available.
who can tell me why? thanks a lot.
