Hello All, I have 2 samba4 AD server with dhpd and dynamic DNS. I have well understand that for now it's not possible to have 2 DHCP server running in the same time. So I would have at a time only one dhcp server running. If the first server got a problem I want to manually start the isc-dhcp service in the second to rescue the system. Hi, I can be wrong but for me UID and GID are UNIX concepts. If your workstations are Windows systems, those UID/GID are not necessary. This does not address your issue but it could help to understand things and to avoid searching in the wrong direction... Hi All I downloaded the binary package of Samba 2.2.2 on Friday from one of the Samba mirror sites, I think Belgium, and installed it on a Sun E450 running Solaris 2.6.
