Graceful shutdown doesn't stop all Gluster processes
...r we use the systemctl command to stop the Gluster server, it leaves many Gluster processes running. So, I just want to check how to shut down the Gluster server in a graceful manner. Is there any specific sequence or trick I need to follow? C7, igb and DCB support for pause frame ?
Hi there, I?m working on deploying our new cluster. Masters have 5?1gbps (i210 and i350, thus using igb.ko), configured with mtu 9000, 802.3ad. Works fine *but* I can?t get DCB working (pause frame, aka flow control, which is supported by and enabled on our switches). [root at master2 ~]# dcbtool gc eno1 dcb Command: Get Config Feature: DCB State Port: eno1 Status: Device not capable (I get the same with ELRepo 5.2.15 kmod). Intel datasheet says flow control is available. Can?t find much about it on the web or in kernel git repo. Could someone...

[GlobalISel][AArch64] Toward flipping the switch for O0: Please give it a try!
...(paq8p and scimark2). It would be nice to make it green before flipping the switch. At the moment, it lives in an internal buildmaster that I've setup for this purpose. If we fix it and it proves to be stable for a week or two, I'll move it to the public master. [GlobalISel][AArch64] Toward flipping the switch for O0: Please give it a try!
Thanks Kristof. Sounds like we'll need to investigate though I'd say it is not blocking the switch. At this point I think everybody is on board to flip the switch. @Eric, how does that sound to you? Is it possible to set up multi-level puppet nodes?
Hi, I am new in puppet, and I just wonder whether it is possible to create multiple levels of puppet masters. Can puppet work this way? First-level(master): root-master Second-level(masters): master1, master2 Third-level nodes(as agents): agent1, agent2, agent3, agent4 All master nodes in the second-level are agents of root-master, and each of third-level nodes is an agent of an second-level master node. Thanks very much. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google...

audio frequency with wcfxs and K8t
...installed the ztdummy driver, the audio would play fine. I tested this in and out several times and it always worked fine with ztdummy and never worked right with wcfxs. I cannot find any references on the 'net about such a problem. Anyone else run into this? Details: Asterisk 1.0.6 MSI K8T Master2 motherboard Single AMD Opteron installed on the motherboard (other socket empty) TDM card with a single FXO installed on it The system is working fine now (SIP in and out), but I want to put a PSTN line into the FXO port as a land-line fallback. I also figured the TDM card could be the timing dev...

Just thanks
...wonderful uneventful upgrade to 4.9 release on a poweredge 1400SC. Thanks for all the hard work making my favorite OS the easy decision it has been for my servers. I encourage everyone to purchase the CD sets whether they download and burn or not. I haven't seen anything anywhere on the MSI Master2 FAR dual Opteron board yet, but I'll be putting together a system with one for testing soon. If I run into any issues I'll share them.

Speed problem
Mermgfurt ! I have some problem with syncing two machines which are connected over a Gigabit-connection. I'm trying to use rsync with ssh because of the authorisation mechanisms (keys). It starts quite ok with 18 MB/s (this small speed may have something to do with our internal net) and falls down to 400 KB/s (!!!). This happens over a long period because those files I want to copy are very
