Redundant Connectivity
Greetings! I'm about to embark on a journey to implement an Asterisk
solution for providing VoIP telephony to a large number of locations
for a client. The idea is to have a central server(s) accepting IAX2
registrations from remote Asterisk boxes and then routing calls via an
upstream ITSP using SIP trunking. As you can imagine, I have a few
questions..
Is there a limit or recommended amount

Ast/Hyla/IAX Scalability?
Hello everyone-
I recently read the thread entitled "Faxing Success Rate on PRI" which dealt
with Asterisk/HylaFax/IAXmodem. I'm successfully using this 'recipe' in a
few instances on systems with only a couple of analog lines all the way up
to a full PRI worth of Iaxmodems.
However, I'm finding that I'll need to scale upwards in the coming months
and would like to

Sequential Ring Groups?
Hi fellow Asterisk users!
I've got a PRI being used with a bunch of iaxmodems/Hylafax. I
currently have each individual channel of the PRI in its own context
that rings a specific iaxmodem. However, when a fax is complete on
that modem and another call comes into it, the modem is still in a
state of 'settling down' from the last call and I'd like to have it
ring a different

TigerJet 320G Chip / TDM400 Chipset / DAHDI Support
Hi, I'm curious what chip Digium is using in the latest TDM400 cards.
Specifically, to my recollection, they used to use the TigerJet 320G,
however somewhat recently, Tigerjet was bought out, and now the 320G is no
longer produced.
Maybe a better question is: is there a way I can take the latest DAHDI
source and get a list of supported chipsets from it?
Thanks.
