R package for visualizing/analyzing accelerometry data?
Hello All -
Any recommendations or suggestions for neat ways to visualize data
taken from a 3-axis accelerometer? My study species is aquatic, so I
would be interested in movement in the 3 dimensions in addition to
being able to incorporate the time series as well. Is there a package
in R that might be useful for this?

invalid type (list) for variable
Hello -
I am attempting to add interaction terms to a model using the gamm
function in the mgcv package. I stripped it down to only two terms to
simplify it. I have no trouble with individual terms, continuous or
factors, nor with interacting factor terms; I cannot, however, figure
out how to add interactions between continuous*factor terms. I applied
a smoother to my continuous term because it

CentOS with Kernel 2.6.32 built-in
I have a Asus laptop, from the new generation, and my network driver is
present in the kernel since version 2.6.32(Jmicron). Is there any CentOS
with this kernel? I tried to compile myself, but I failed. Is a bit harder
than I thought.
Is there any testing version of CentOS or some backports?

Copy Function from one LLVM IR file to another
Hello everyone,
I wanted to copy a function from one file to another. The file that I
wanted to copy the function into contains a function with the same name and
same number of instructions. I decided to just replace the instructions
with those of the other function. I am doing all of this from within a
function pass.

ATI Proprietary Drivers LAG
I've installed CentOS 5.5, fixed my problems with my network card driver,
and and I've followed this:

downladed latest ati driver, restarted, screen resolution is fixed, but
everything lags.
