RedFone foneBRIDGE2 2e1 - anyone used it or another TDMoE bridge?

environment and I've been looking so I've been searching for methods to
decouple the voice PRI circuits from the Asterisk server so failover to
another server could take place.
I've been looking at the RedFone foneBRIDGE2 2e1 product here:

Asterisk Redundancy
Hi,
i have two asterisk@hotme 2.2 server. i want if one of my asterisk server
down. other is taken control of my first server and call goes through.
Is it possible in asterisk.

Also to add to the last post does this device have hardware echo cancelation?
if it does it could be a great replacement, if not may not be what I'd
really want to use.

Failover Device?
First,
Something seems to be wrong with the list. I'm not the only person
who has expressed seeing their messages either arrive late, or not at
all.
With that out of the way..
Is anyone aware of any type of failover device for PRI on asterisk?
I've found the ISDNGuard, however it is currently not made in the
U.S., nor does it run on U.S. power.
Is anyone aware of a device that will
