BRI card(B800P) doesn's work with DAHDI(wcb4xxp) in NT mode

Here are my environments:

Kernel-2.6.18-164.el5
asterisk-1.6.1.6
dahdi-linux-complete-2.3.0+2.3.0
libpri-1.4.10.2
OpenVox-B800P(the first port is spliting into two lines, I set the first one into NT mode,and others are TE mode)
patch- manual_te_nt.patch(which download from:http://www.openvox.cn/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=992, and posted by Dmitry)

I make a fresh OS and yum install all the dependent packages, like bison,bison-devel,gnults-devel,gcc,gcc-c++, and so on.
And download all the same versions of DAHDI...
