puzzle, need magic incantation
...were when I did the sudo make install, but I am forced to go into the docs directory and a man ./name-of-man-page to read it, and mode is only mentioned briefly in the example line which shows mode=none. That is a 10-33 torr suckage. This I think can be alleviated by setting up the env variable MANPATH, which is not apparently configured. Export that and it works. So put it in my .bashrc But since every other manpage on the system works without that env setting of $MANPATH, showing "/usr/local/ups/share/man:/usr/share/man" when queried now, why should i have to do it for nuts man...

polarcypto and tsi libraries, needed in Wine
Doe anyone know where I can get PolarCrypto.dll and TSI.dll libraries from so that I can load them through Wine on my Mac. I was lucky enough to get other libraries that I was missing from Winetricks but still need these last two. I get error messages that they are needed when I try to load TroopMaster 2010 application through Wine on a Mac. Thanks

One more try at nut, this time on debian 7.8 (wheezy)
Greetings Charles; I eventually gave up making it work on ubuntu-10.04.4 LTS, and that drive is slowly curling up its toes, so I am running wheezy on a fresher drive now. I have installed all the nut stuffs from the repo, and now have two more scripts in /etc/init.d called nut-client and nut-server. dmesg |grep Belkin - : root at coyote:/etc/nut# dmesg|grep Belkin [ 4.242066] usb 2-3:

The only thing I see is lines saying that the two connections are lost, although being honest I have no idea what everything else means. For reference, 8 ssh cinnections were being made at the same time for a 8x8mpi task. N.B., since the OS I am using does not have rsh, I am currently using the
