Crash after (wrongly) applying product operator on object from LIMMA package
Hi,
this is a problem that occurs in the presence of two libraries (limma,
xlsx) and leads to a crash of R. The problematic code is the wrong
application of sweep or the product ("*") function on an LIMMA MAList
object. To my knowledge, limma does not define a "*" method for MAList
objects.
If only LIMMA is loaded but not package xlsx, the code does not crash
but rather produces an error ("Error: C stack usage 7970512 is too
close to the limit"). Loading only package rJava instead...

Identifying or searching for labels in a hclust/dendrogram/heatmap
Hi
Sorry if this is in the help :-S
I've looked at example(dendrogram) and though it gives some indication of what I want, it doesn't do all.
OK, so here is what I want to do: draw a tree, and then have an action, on user-click, to either draw a sub tree or a plot of the data. I also want users to be able to search for a particular label and have it highlighted on the tree, say in

Using TPM in dom0
Hi,
i am using Xen 3.2.0 and want to use the TPM in dom0. I have activated vtpm and everything runs fine in my domUs.
The question is, how can I access the TPM in dom0? As far as I know vtpm_managerd exclusively locks /dev/tpm0. As soon as I start vtpm_managerd my own program cannot access the TPM anymore. Is there a vtpm instance for dom0 like the ones for the user domains?
Thanks in advance

HVM guest support unavailable
Hi,
when I try to start a hvm the well known error message "Error: HVM guest support is unavailable: is VT/AMD-V supported by your CPU and enabled in your BIOS?" appears. I am using an Intel E8400 on Asus P5E VM DO Board. /proc/cpuinfo info shows that the CPU has vmx support. I have enabled "Vanderpool Technology" in BIOS.
According to the xen user manual the package dev86
