How to install both 32bit and 64bit wine servers in a 64 bit system.Is it possible to use both the wine servers? If so how can .wine directories be differentiated?

iscsi storage and multipathing
...'s but multipathing broke for dom0''s . I would like to have multiple
paths from the domU''s since it will provide increased bandwidth and
rendundancy to the storage network. My question is what is the best
configuration to access the iscsi volumes from the domU''s while maintining
redundancy in dom0?

which distro for asterisk?
...to get your recommendations regarding the
linux distro to use there.
This is NOT intended to become a general distro flame war. My favorite
distro is ******** and no argument that you flame will convince me here
(probably because I've heard it before).
However I would like to minimize the OS maintinance task. I really
wouldn't like to start worrying about upgrading sshd due to some stupid
secuirty hole, and to worry what will it break on my system. I expect my
distro to do that for me.
I'd also like to have solid astrisk packages that won't break
unnecessarily when the sshd packa...

Retaining undelete data on ext3
Having just spent a day trying to recover a deleted ext3 file
for a friend, I'm wondering about this way of maintining
undelete information in ext3, like is done for ext2:
The last step in the deletion process would be to put back
the (previously zeroed) block pointers. Since it gets logged
to the journal, I _think_ that this should be safe. The worst

FC3 or FC1 (or something else?)
Hi
I wish to install asterisk 1.2 (the latest tar.gz from the site ....not the
CVS version) on an HP box with a TE110P (single port E1/T1)
My question is which OS would be preferred in this configuration Fedora Core
1 or Fedora Core 3, and are there any install guides out there that are
recent enough for asterisk 1.2
I am also open to suggestions for other Operating Systems if any of you feel

Ices 0.x really needs a release
Hi,
I've had to dust off Ices 0.x to provide some simple automation for a
project I'm involved with and I ran into several bugs in 0.4 which have
been fixed in SVN. I was shocked to see that 0.4 was released on
2004-08-28. Surely it's time to role out those bug-fixes?

I'm rather new to svn, so please, forgive me if this question sounds naive
but is it normal that no trunk/ subdirectory is visible in
http://svn.asterisk.org/svn/libpri/ ?
I can see a trunk/ subdirectory in either asterisk, dahdi-linux or
dahdi-tools.

Samba 3 + Exchange 5.5
Hi Everybody,
I've been asked to upgrade an old NT4 server with a new server running
Debian/Samba. I've got no problem with migrating the old server, but I do
have one "unknown". The company mail run on an Exchange server that is
most likely part of the NT4 network. Has anybody tried this setup? I did
look in documentation and google and found precious little - which to me

how to keep Asterisk up to date on many servers
Hi Everyone.
Asterisk is one of those applications that need to be built from cvs on a
regular basis to keep up with the changes. I have always used package
management tools like apt.
How does everyone manage their Asterisk servers?

Samba+CUPS+Driver autodownload
Hi,
I'm trying to get Samba to offer the Adobe driver automatically for the
two printers I have set up with CUPS.
I have all of the necessary files plucked out of the Adobe Postscript
Windows driver package, but I'm hitting the problem when I come to run
"cupsaddsmb -v ..." that the "rpcclient adddrivers" command always fails
with NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL. The drivers
