php53 and eacclerator
Hi.
There does not seem to be a php53-eaccelerator in standard Centos yum channels, from what I can see. That is a mainstay for us. Has anyone found that any particular php53-eacclerator from other locations play well with it?
Thanks.

Forwarding a call to another FXO port
Greetings,
I'm trying to setup an option in my greetingmenu that would allow the caller to select this particular option for emergency calls. That option would dial out on an available PSTN line to a cell phone number.
Currently it is setup as such
exten => 9,1,Dial(Zap/g1/<CELLPHONENUMBER> where <CELLPHONENUMBER> is the number it is calling out to.
When option 9 is

Why don't we at Khronos work on a patch to tip LLVM that will do that, and then we can revisit how a user actually uses our code after that. We should be able to easily follow Owe...

How to cleanly remove a DC from Samba domain?
I used Apache Directory Studio to remove the "RID Set" node and after that a simple "samba-tool computer delete DC2" worked just fine.
Perhaps the version of Samba in TurnKey Linux V16.1 has a bug (4.9.5-Debian)? Likely demotion should remove leaf nodes from domain controllers as part of the process.
I have now recreated DC2 using TurnKey Linux V17.1 (4.17.6-Debian) and so

RAM.

and 32 Gbytes of RAM.
I will also running EDA tools like PriteTime, and Magma on this server.
Does CentOS has any issues
with these tools?

Any good guides for installing Asterisk on Embedded systems like Alix boards?
Hi Everyone,
Knowing that running Asterisk on an embedded board like the Alix2d3 requires
some fine tuning. Do you know of any good guides out there that does this
from beginning to end? Looking to run this in a small office environment.
Thanks

[OT] Ruby ftp client for windows
I know this is off topic, But, my boss has tasked me with finding a better
ftp client than the one in Windows XP. Is there a Ruby client that can
recover dropped connections, ( a resume feature)? Would be nice if it could
handle secure/ encrypted transmissions as well?
Failing that, can anyone recommend a good scriptable ftp client for the
Windows plaftorm?

list assignment syntax?
Dear R wizards: is there a clean way to assign to elements in a list?
what I would like to do, in pseudo R+perl notation is
f <- function(a,b) list(a+b,a-b)
(c,d) <- f(1,2)
and have c be assigned 1+2 and d be assigned 1-2. right now, I use the clunky
x <- f(1,2)
c <- x[[1]]
d <- x[[2]]
rm(x)
which seems awful. is there a nicer syntax?
regards, /iaw
