Apparmor problem
Hi there,
I know this isn't a Dovecot issue, but hope that somebody can helps me.
I've successfully installed and configured Dovecot to a Debian 9 server.
Looks like everything works as well, I just see a line in the log when I
send a mail:

reseting password and policy; /etc/passwd; /var/lib/samba/
Hi all,
this is my setup
OS: Debian Squeeze (6.0.2)
Samba: 3.5.6
LDAP: 2.4.23
and I have few questions about things I dont really understand and
havent found clear answer using google and searching mailng list till
now:
1) is there a way to get some password changing tool (smbpasswd,
ldappasswd, smbldap-passwd, etc.) obey account policy, which I set using
pdbedit (and works fine when I try to change password from Windows, but
not using those utilities) without knowing old password? I need reset
use...

Migrating from mbox to maildir: Message ordering?

tried it with Pine. Both yield the same results. I'm thinking the
issue might be with Dovecot. Or is it a peculiarity with maildir? Or
am I better off using other means to convert a mbox folder to maildir?
I like maintaining the message delivery order so especially items like
mailng list threads can (normally) flow right. I don't always trust the
message's date field because it CAN be faked (and sometimes is by the
sender, whether accidental or intentional).
And while we're on the subject, since maildir's a file-per-message
mailstore, what happens to order...
