SMTPUTF8 support
Andr?, are you quite sure you have it working? In this thread someone from Open-Xchange stated that no, Dovecot doesn?t have SMTPUTF8 support implemented, and the same response was given by another Dovecot developer last September (it ?is being considered? was the answer then, see https://dovecot.org/pipermail/dovecot/2018-September/112887.html). I am using LMTP to

Alias for sending email messages from root
I have run into what can only be described as a farce but one that is outside my control and which I need fixed. I am informed that my cell phone service provider, Bell Canada, will not allow any email messages from a user id 'root' to pass through their email to sms text gateway. Now, I send alerts out from cron and other system monitoring software and these all go out as root at

Centos´s way of handling mdadm
Hi, what?s the proposed way of handling mdadm in Centos 7? I did not get any notification when a disk in a RAID1 failed, and now that the configuration has changed after resolving the problem, I might be supposed to somehow update /etc/mdadm.conf. Am I not supposed to be notified by default when something goes wrong with an array? How do I update /etc/mdadm.conf? I?m used to

dovecot Digest, Vol 210, Issue 27
I am investigating whether dovecot(https://github.com/dovecot/core/) handles case insensitive Message-ID headers as per RFC. I can't raise a support issue with cPanel team (https://tickets.cpanel.net/review/login.cgi) as that needs an paid account with them. There may be an issue with the CPANEL/WHM DKIM module. Is the source code online? Rob

mailing list mail from @yahoo addresses
...g and rest looks ok too. > I wonder if Centos mailman uses some blocking/blacklisting? > But then why the group gets my emails but me? I believe that the issue is that yahoo updated their dmarc record a bit ago, so now won't accept mail, from 3rd-parties, that has an @yahoo... "mailfrom", as yours do on this list. If the non- at yahoo mailing sender doesn't do what's necessary to deal with enforced dmarc, and your mail provider enforces dmarc, you won't see messages from @yahoo correspondents -- which is likely why you aren't seeing your own list messages.
