Distinctive Ring Macro Example

Problems with MACRO_EXTEN variable

What happened to MACRO_EXTEN in AEL macros since 1.6?
Hi!
Since 1.6, when using AEL, macros are implemented using Gosub(). Is
there workaround to have MACRO_EXTEN also in this case?

DB_DELETE Function in 1.4
Does anyone know what application I should place this function in? For
example with the DB function I currently do something like this to add
an entry to the asterisk database:
exten => s,n,Set(DB(AGENT/${MACRO_EXTEN:1})=${CALLERID(num)})
To delete the entries I do something like this:
exten => s,n,DBDel(AGENT/${MACRO_EXTEN:1})
DBDel is marked as deprecated in favor of the DB_DELETE function but it
returns a warning when using it with a dialplan application like Set:
exten => s,n,Set(DB_DELETE(AGENT/...

Unable to execute

I tried changing the permissions to the mailfax script but Asterisk still can?t execute the script.

RxFax : Change FAX Resolution

Voicemail just hanging up...
...ked fine, but the last
few days I get a hangup right after it calls the voicemail app. No sound,
just an immediate disconnect. Nothing has changed in my extensions.conf,
etc.

BLF on GXP2000
I am trying to set up the BLF on a GXP2000.
Currently what I have is

call is not going to Voicemail with "1,n"
I've tried to simplified the dial plan and use "n" instead of numbers but I've noticed it is not executing my voicemail if I substitute number with "n"
In the example below when the call is not answered, it does not go to voicemail; call just hangup.
