cannot access files, directory browsing fine ...
...else.
It turns out that the Redhat kernel does not play well with 'sendfile'
functionality.
so I added:
use sendfile = no
and I'm back in the game.
Anyone could help me understand what sendfile does in samba and what is
the tradeoff when disabling it ?

Folder Permission
Hello list,
I'm sharing a few folders on a linux red hat 9 box and for some reason I can't open then from my windows computers. I setup the smb users to be the same as the Windows users. Below is my share configuration in samba.
[Share]
comment = Share
browsable = yes
writable = yes
valid users = psantos root
path = /UHOME/psantos/Share
