Poll for users: mac_partition and mac_ifoff policies

FreeBSD, following meetings at the developer summit about proposed
simplifications and enhancements. One of the on-going concerns I have had is
that several of the policies we ship are reference implementation policies,
rather than reference user policies:
mac_ifoff - Interface silencing
mac_partition - Process space partitions
mac_stub - Stub MAC policy entry points
mac_test - Invariants testing
While mac_stub and mac_test are both extremely useful for devleopers as
shipped, it's not clear to me that mac_ifoff and mac_partition offer

Starting X11 with kernel secure level greater than -1/0.
Hi, is there any chance (if yes, how to do this?) to use the xf86
driver which "provides access to the memory and I/O ports of a
VGA board and to the PCI configuration registers for use by
the X servers when running with a kernel security level greater
than 0" in FreeBSD*?
Then it will be possible to start X environment with a kernel
secure level > 0, right? Normally it is impossible
