Ov_open crash in windows
...VorbisFile(char *fname)

char *pcmData = NULL;
const int pcmDataSize = 0x400000;
pcmData = new char[pcmDataSize];

Does anybody have any suggestions as to why the ov_open call works in
one app and not the other?
