[PATCH xf86-video-nouveau 00/17] autotools configuration cleanups
Series of cleanups to autotools build config files to utilize the available
xorg-server macros, defaults and more closely match other modern Xorg drivers.
Notable improvements:
- gitignore fully covers potential build artifacts
- Simplify logic given stated minimum required version of xorg-server 1.8
- Remove use of deprecated, outdated or no longer required macros
- Utilize xorg macros where

Observations on compiling on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
I started with:
- Mac OS X 10.5.8
- Xcode installed
- OCaml from GODI
- qemu from git
autoconf is really ancient (2.61). It doesn't have AM_SILENT_RULES
and although we tried to make things work when autoconf lacks this by
having:
m4_ifndef([AM_SILENT_RULES], [m4_define([AM_SILENT_RULES],[])])
AM_SILENT_RULES([yes]) # make --enable-silent-rules the default.
this nevertheless doesn't work. I had to comment out these two lines
in both configure.ac and daemon/configure.ac.
There is no libtoolize. I had to manually link build-au...

[PATCH v2] build: Drop serial_tests.
I pushed the (hopefully) completely non-controversial bits
upstream:
https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs/commit/8a72616bf7bc686ad4d033482541fcd73c148b53
https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs/commit/b20d36aa1bcabfe1e5eefcf47b727280a6474be8
This patch is what remains.

[PATCH v3] build: Drop serial_tests.
Same as v2, except:
- Drop the RUN_OUTPUT_FILE functionality completely. It will be
replaced with enhanced .trs files as discussed.
- Rebase on head.

[PATCH for discussion only 0/3] Implement mutexes to limit number of concurrent instances of libguestfs.
These three patches (for discussion only, NOT to be applied) implement
a mutex system that lets the user limit the number of libguestfs
instances that can be launched per host. There are two uses that I
have identified for this: firstly so we can enable parallel-tests (the
default in automake >= 1.13) without blowing up the host. Secondly
oVirt has raised concerns about how to limit the

[PATCH 0/5] Split virt-p2v in own repository
Hi,
as it was already discussed on this list, here it is my attempt in
splitting virt-p2v in an own repository. Sadly there are things that
must be copied from libguestfs, as it cannot be avoided.
The approach taken was to run a script (will send separately) to just
get the "p2v" subdirectory with its history as own repository, and then
add in few followup commits all the bits needed
