dlm stress test hangs OCFS2
This email is also sent to cluster-devel at redhat.com. Since this issue is about
both dlm and ocfs2, I send the email here to look for help from upstream.
This is an already known issue.

Cluster package broken in 1.4.0?
Greetings,
I am reasonably experienced with R but I recently tried to
do some clustering using the "cluster" package, in order
to see if it would help.
I only tried this once with the 1.3.1 version and it worked
(I don't quite remember which method I used).
Now, I tried with the 1.4.0 version and no clustering function
seems to work with matrices that contain NAs, even
though

NetBeans IDE 6.0
Hi there !
I came across the NetBeans IDE and also the screencasts.
Here are the links for screencasts:
http://blogs.sun.com/roumen/entry/two_demos_jruby_on_rails
D/L Link :
http://nbi.netbeans.org/m11/download.html
I''m now on Kdevelop and not yet tried NetBeans and its ~80 Mb of D/L.
If any of you had tried it out, do post your views.

[LLVMdev] Bignums
Hello all!
I'm working on a library with bignum support, and I wanted to try LLVM
as an apparently simpler and more portable system to my current design
(a Haskell script which spits out mixed C and assembly). Porting the
script to use the LLVM bindings instead of the current hack was pretty
easy. But I have a few remaining questions:
(1) Are bignums exposed to any higher-level

Calling R object from R function
Hi,
Can you please help me with this please?
What I am trying to do is call a vector from R function and used in the new
function
So I create 4 functions with these arguments
M11 <- function(TrainData,TestData,mdat,nsam) {

I have few statments one of them is
vectx <- c(,1,2,3,4,5,6,6)
vectz <- c(12,34,5,6,78,9,90)
and then................
ls(vectx=vtecx,vectz=vectz)

panel ordering in nlme and augPred plots
Hi,
I'm new at this, I'm very confused, and I think I'm missing something
important here. In our pet example we have this:
> fm <- lme(Orthodont)
> plot(Orthodont)
> plot(augPred(fm, level = 0:1))
which gives us a trellis plot with the females above the males,
starting with "F03", "F04", "F11", "F06", etc. I thought the point of

Search::Xapian add_database'd search results are odd?
...'t exist, and either
query xapian db "-10" or "-11", I get docids returned in the
900000-1000000 range approximately.
If I use add_database() in either order (-10 then -11, or vice versa)
then I get ids seemingly doubled.
-10 and -11 have unique markers in them (M10 and M11 respectively), so
if I use one of the markers as the keywords, I get the same number of
results whether I add on the 2nd database or not.
I just get results that are seemingly approximately doubled?
I'm running Search::Xapian 0.8.4.0 and xapian 0.8.4:
# rpm -qa | grep xapian

Compiz has been running great with the 8.433 driver except for the
libGL SONAME lockup on exit.
see: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=344135
I just built and installed the 8.452 driver. Compiz would not start
with the normal fusion-icon approach that I have been using with the

Problem with 2-ways ANOVA interactions
Dear All,
I have a problem in understanding how the interactions of 2 ways ANOVA work,
because I get conflicting results
from a t-test and an anova. For most of you my problem is very simple I am sure.
I need an help with an example, looking at one table I am analyzing. The table
is in attachment
and can be imported in R by means of this command:

Multichannel Encoding
I'm a mathematician and programmer working on experimental surround sound
techniques. Some of the ideas I'm working on require dozens of channels.
These channels are often highly correlated and are very well suited to
compression.
I'm new to Vorbis. Does it attempt to address such issues?
Thanks,

Rebuild of kernel 2.6.9-67.0.20.EL failure
Hello list.
I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without
modifications.
How did I try it?
Created a (non-root) build environment (not a mock )
Installed the kernel.scr.rpm and did a
rpmbuild -ba --target=`uname -m` kernel-2.6.spec 2> prep-err.log | tee
prep-out.log
The build failed at the end:
