I often use Lyx/Sweave and I typically write in english. Today I had to write a document in Italian and, as many of you know, many italian popular words use ?, ?, ?. ?, etc. I discovered that if I type in Italian (that is there is at least one letter with accent) with the Sweave module selected lye is not able to correctly compile the document. Hi, I'm curious about the fact that on my system (Win NT) when I first use a plot function (which creates the graphic device) the dimension and position of the window are kind of annoying (for lack of a better word) as they lye outside RGUI's window. Is there some way to personalize this somehow? I don't think I would call this a bug, but it would be nice to be able to set the initial dimension and position of the devices within the main one. Sorry to have to repost this (didn't get any response on the first post), we really need some of the fixes of the new Samba but cannot go ahead without the support for the older machines. Printing is working fine for our Windows NT, 2000 and XP clients.

I am having some trouble creating a two-way domain trust account between Samba3 and Windows 2000 Server. The Windows 2000 server is an AD domain controller, and my Samba 3 server has an LDAP backend and is running on Ubuntu 9.04 64bit. Samba 3 is acting as the WINS server, and the Windows server has been pointed to the samba server for WINS in the TCP/IP settings on the network adapter.
