Hide the files that doesn't have permission to access
...only the files that he/she has permission to access.
I configured smb.conf like that:

workgroup = STORAGE
encrypt passwords = yes
security = user
access based share enum = yes
hide unreadable = yes
hide unwriteable files = yes

create mode = 0777
