Coefficients, OR and 95% CL
...c regression, I need to calculate OR by exponentiating the coefficient, and then I need the 95% CL for the OR as well. For the following example (taken from P. Dalaagard's book), what would be the most straightforward method of getting what I need? Could anyone enlight me please?

postfix + ldap db
...ates of postfix, so i have to update manualy each time
thats be needed, in debian exists a package of postfix compiled with ldap
support, and with updates support, but no in centos, in the redhat networks
exists ? or if i buy redhat , i will have the same problem?

remote port forwarding with dynamic port on the far end
...the port on the far end is not very
useful if I don't know the port that was chosen by the system :) So
the second question is whether it is acceptible to add a new
environment variable passed to the client (say SSH_FORWARDS) that
lists all port forwards that the client initiated?

Custom kernel RPM/SRPM
Hi,
I've built customs kernels from the SRPMs with the following:
rpmbuild -bp --target=i686 /path/to/spec
cd /usr/src
ln -s /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/kernel-x.y.z/linux-x.y.z linux
cd linux
make oldconfig
make menuconfig
make all
make modules
make modules_install
And it works just fine. The problem now is that I think installing
that way isn't
