There is a patch available from http://iswraid.sourceforge.net/.
Question - Since the installer has the "wrong" kernel, how

timezone tests and R-devel
The return value of Sys.time() today with a timezone of US/Eastern is
unchanged between 4.0.3-patched and devel, but on devel the following test
fails
all.equal(x, as.POSIXlt(x))
with
x = Sys.time()
This means that devel does not complete make tests (failure on
tests/reg-tests-2.R)
It is entirely possible that it is an error on my end, I use
export TZ="US/Eastern"
but I have been

tia,
FYI - The "application" is a collection of programs that
communicate with each other and to a large chip tester via
a proprietary serial bus. The hangs are random but pretty
frequent - in the range of several per day to several per week.

Any ideas?

I guess as a related question, how does my rpm know

Working comfortably with (X)Emacs + Sweave
Dear List,
I am trying to become more familiar with Sweave at the moment, beacuse
I am convinced that it will eventually make my life easier. However,
I have not found anything relevant in the mail archives about the
following problem.
Both the article in R-News and the Sweave FAQ suggest that Emacs would
be a great development environment for working with Sweave. So far, it
doesn't seem to

Can anyone recommend a pure dedicated US-based hosting with CentOS support?
Prefeably one that is flexible when you need to scale the system. Anywhere I

Where might I get more details about this improved support. Specifically I'd like
to see if problems I'm having in 3.5 could be related to the kernel and dual core cpus.
