Dear all,
I have the following matrix.

[1,] 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
[2,] 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1
[3,] 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 2
How can I change it into:
[,1] [,2] [,3] [,4] [,5] [,6] [,7] [,8] [,9] [,10]
