Had an issue today with a bus error, and googling only found two year old

So, looking through dmesg and /var/log/messages, I ran into a *lot* of

[PATCH] Re: name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:05, inode=5221
Ralf Hildebrandt reported[0] the following messages on ext3-users:
name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:05, inode=5221
because the filesystem in question is indeed ext3. However, this warning
is not generated by ext3 code but by the audit framework. While the
origins of these messages are discussed elsewhere[1] the following
patch modifies the printks in question so that users know

Grandstream phones losing registration with server.
Hi Everyone,
I'm using Asterisk, actually A@H 1.1 with all Grandstream 102 phones.
NAT is not an issue as all including the server have public IP's
The problem is that the phones keep losing registration with the server.
I have not timed this exactly to see if they drop off with exactly the
same frequency.
The SIP TRUNK connection to my provider SIPGATE does not lose
registration, and

Phone losing IP address for a few seconds but doesn't drop call
Hi,
Recently I've noticed on a customer's GXP-2000 phone that it loses its IP
addresse for a few seconds, audio goes blank obviously, and after about
30-60 seconds get the same IP addresse back and resumes the call. This shows
that call was not dropped but phone lost connection with the server, whereas
the caller on the other end was still talking. This is just unacceptable as

Grandstream GXP2000 Loses Connectivity
I have 20-30 GXP2000's connected to * over a T1 line. Neither end is
NAT'd and there is plenty of bandwidth available over the line. The
GXP's are 1.1.5.15, which is the latest. I have a problem where the
phones keep dropping off of * and I get a "failed to register" message
in the log of *. Sometimes they eventually connect and sometimes, I
have to reboot them to

Missing memory when using maxmem
I am trying to allow domains'' memory allocation to be altered by using
both the "memory" and "maxmem" options in my config files (i.e. set
maxmem to some large value to allow the domain to be resized up to that
amount, and memory to set the initial allocation).
However I appear to lose potentially quite a large chunk of memory as I
use a larger "maxmem"

How to avoid losing a sample as reference running an individual differential expression analysis (LIMMA)

I have data from two-color microarray expression profiling experiments where 3 whole brain (WB) samples were compared to 3 Mauthner Cells (MC) in a loop design (-> MC #1 -> WB #1 -> MC #2 -> WB #2 -> MC #3 -> WB #3 -> MC #1 ->). In addition to phenotype analysis I would also like to run an individual analysis making all pair-wise comparisons. I'm
