ices2 memory leak on Debian/ARM (The Darkener)
Hi Keith,
As I explained before, Valgrind won't run in my arch. I'll Google for
some other memory leak detection tools, however. Thank you for your
input...I look forward to helping fix this bug!

how to have fade in/out?
Hello!
I use icecast2 and deefuzzer for my streaming. do you know how can I
obtain an automatic fade of a song when it ends with a silence? if the
mp3 finish with 3 4 seconds of silence, is it possible to remove it
automatically?
deefuzzer is not able to do it, can icecast2 make this? some ideas?
thank you!

Multpiple sound cards with ices client?
I was wondering is it possible to use the ices client with
more that one soundcard under Centos Linux?
I only want to stream one mono audio feed to icecast, but am
already using the Line input of my sound card for something
else, and the mic input might be far to sensitive.
TIA
Keith

Forcing a sspecific stream type
Is it possible to force Icecast to stream in a specific stream type,
such as OGG, regardless of the source or input? For example, if a
streaming client connects to an Icecast server with an MP3 format
stream, can Icecast be forced to send it out as OGG or AAC or anything
else? Or does Icecast simply pass the stream through unconverted?

ssl-cert's
# cat fullchain.pem privkey.pem >combined.pem
I wouldn't think it matters much where you put the cert as long as the
running Icecast user has permissions to read it. I'd create (if not
already created) /etc/icecast personally.
<ssl-certificate>:
If specified, this points to the location of a file that contains both
the X.509 private and public key. This is required for HTTPS

ices2 memory leak on Debian/ARM
Hi all.. I'm having a memory leak issue with Ices2 (using package
2.0.1-8 from Debian stable on arm platform)..
I've tried turning off metadata, modifying samplerate, and some other
misc. things that haven't helped. Eventually, during a stream, ices2
will invoke oom-killer and bring the whole system down. It eats about
0.05MB/Sec of memory, so it takes a while, but this plug has
