7912G SCCP only?
Mmm...I swear I read somehwere that the 7912G did SIP? Cisco lists it as an SCCP only phone? -- Undocumented Features quote of the moment... "It's not the one bullet with your name on it that you have to worry about; it's the twenty thousand-odd rounds labeled `occupant.'" --Murphy's Laws of Combat

[LLVMdev] RFC: Improving our DWARF (and ELF) emission testing capabilities
Hi All, While working on some recent patches for x32 support, I ran into an unpleasant limitation the LLVM eco-system has with testing DWARF emission. We currently have several approaches, neither of which is great: 1. llvm-dwarfdump: the best approach when it works. But unfortunately lib/DebugInfo supports only a (small) subset of DWARF. Tricky sections like debug_frame aren't supported. 2.

Agent Call Back LOGOUT?
I can see how you log an agent in, but how to log one out? For login I think I'll have our people dial something like _8900XXXX, then use $(EXTEN:4} to get the callback extension automatically I can't find any better way at the moment, all my outgoing CID info needs to point to our main trunk line, but I'm not sure I can make that happen any other way than what I'm doing now

Using Shorewall + Linux Virtual Server LVS/DR
I''m havign a HUGE amount of difficulty getting shoreline to work with LVS. We use it here constantly so we know it works. The problem is packets come in, get directed to a webserver, webserver returns the packet to firewall, and then it goes into a black hole. rp_filter is off globally on all interfaces. LVS seems to be working right.... I use shorewall tcrules to mark packets on

The Oft Maligned comment field, initial thoughts.
Hey all. Ok, so I'll stand up and be counted a newbie in this list too (just did the same for the General discussion list). I (once again) read through the archives, especially the ones concerning the comment field. First, I'm not a developer, per se. I'm merely an anal-retentive power user of such things, who likes to have my music archived, and sorted. In reading through the

ideas for on-demand streaming
hey folks, i'm setting up an archive of mp3s and need to get an on-demand streaming solution up. i've got icecast running well and the streaming is great. the thing is that i need to let folks click a link and start listening from the beginning of an audio file. seems like i could script something to start up a new stream for each user and serve them up a unique url, but that seems a

Help with Data Warehouse app -- How to display data?
I have a "data warehouse" application I''ve been writing and I would like to solicit some assistance with how to design it. Basically, I harvest data from a lot of sources and dump them into my database. For background on what I''m doing, this "data warehouse" takes HR/Personnel/Company/Organizational data and associates that with User Account and Group data

ideas for on-demand streaming
...since I set this up, and I forget the exact option, although static template comes to mind. The icecast manual does point this out. Send me an email reminding me and I will dig up the exact entry in the icecast.conf for you. Hope this helps. Problem getting encrypted submit buttons working with the paypal gem and rails 1.1.2
I''m running Rails 1.1.2, and using version 1.9.0 of the paypal gem. When I make unencrypted paypal forms, they work just fine, I get the IPN notification from the sandbox and everything is wonderful. When I try to encrypt the form though, all I get is the error message "We were unable to authorize the transaction. Please contact your merchant.", which is ... unhelpful.

7912 Compatible SIP Images?
Are the 7.x SIP images for the 7940/7960 compatible with the 7912 or no? I ask because there is a 'special' section for 7912 SIP images that seem to be on a totally different revision train. -- GPG/PGP --> 0xE736BD7E 5144 6A2D 977A 6651 DFBE 1462 E351 88B9 E736 BD7E

Often seeing i_blocks too large after recovery(ies)
I have many systems running current ext3 code. Some of them have hardware problems that lead to frequent reboots, and the journal recovery has worked excellently. However, on the periodic forced fsck on supposedly recovered and clean filesystems, I've many times seen fsck report that i_blocks is too large in one or more inodes. I suspect that i_blocks is somehow escaping proper restoration

voip-info.org mirrors?
Hi: It's been a few weeks since the great voip-info.org crash. Around that time there was some lofty talk about a set of mirrors being set up for it. Has anything happened with that, or are we just going back to business as usual? -Stephen-

Saving R graphics as various file types.
I'm using R called via Rpy from Python running from Quantum GIS. Put simply, I'm developing a GUI wrapper round some R plotting functions. What I want to do is offer the user a 'Save Plot As...' option. The problem is divining what sort of output files R can copy a graphics device into. The 'capabilities()' function gives a few clues, and there should always be
