Here is a log from a recent call made out on a ZAP channel from a SIP phone inside my network. For some reason, CDR is billing time even though the "busy tone" was detected. It's also logging the call as ANSWERED. Is this normal behavior? Seems a little odd to me. Hello, which kind of method could you use to inhibit long distance calls to _some_ extensions? Is there a way to do it with freepbx or you have to do it manually in the config files? I wouldn't like to set a route password, because that is not confortable for the pbx operator. I just would like the operator being able to call whatever number, while the extensions should only be able to

All, I was a bit too focused on where I thought the problem was - turns out I wasn't crazy and the dialplan does work as expected. The problem was with dtmf detection - setting relaxdtmf=yes did the trick. Sorry for the premature post for help. I have the standard parking.conf but extension 700 doesn't show up in my dialplan.... Why? I can dial 701 which tells me that I don't have any calls parked there. 700 just gives me invalid extension noise.... Should I have extension 700 defined elsewhere?
